Tutors: create your workspace and share your invitation link or join code. Students: open the invitation, or enter the code under Tutor link in Settings. Review and confirm the connection before sharing begins.

Students: open your practice page and choose an assignment to see its brief, your submission and any returned feedback. Tutors: open Assignments to find a task, or Today to review work that needs your attention.

Allow microphone access for Threom in your browser’s site settings. Check that the intended microphone is connected and selected, then try a short recording. If it still fails, use the feedback button and tell us your browser and device.

Reopen the saved attempt and check its status. If a retry action is available, use it on that attempt. You do not need to rewrite or record saved work again just because analysis failed. If the problem continues, send feedback from that page so we know where it happened.

Do not pay again. On the payment confirmation page, choose Check again, then check Student access in Settings. If access is still missing, use the feedback button and tell us when you paid and which student should receive access. Do not include card details.

Sign in to the account that paid, then open Settings → Payments and invoices. You can manage monthly renewal and view invoices there. Weekly access is a one-time purchase with no automatic renewal. Your saved work remains readable when paid access ends.

Once you confirm a connection, your tutor can see your practice history, reports and shared assignments. Their draft guidance stays private until they return it. You can end sharing under Tutor link in Settings; your saved work and purchased access remain in your account.
